Mark your cutting marks across the top of the cake you should be able to get 4 cuts along the top on a standard 6inch cake
Cut cake all the way down holding a cutting board along the cake for easy transition
Cut lengthways across across the cake.
Divide across 4 even sections.
Cut portions in half for coffee sized portions , this will allow maximum serves of your cake
Coffee portions are based on 2.5cm x 2.5cm Dessert portions are based on 2.5cm x 5cm
